Delivery Information

stewartsfloral.com does not guarantee AM delivery requests. We will try our best to accommodate the request whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate floral deliveries during specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.  Orders must be placed by 11:00 am for same-day delivery. Stewart's Floral will not call recipients before delivery unless there is a concern about locating the address. We are unable to make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays. Deliveries requested on these days will be delivered the following business day, unless otherwise noted. We cannot deliver on New Year's Eve or Day, the day after Valentine's Day, President's Day weekend, Mother's Day and the day after, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day Weekend, or Christmas Eve or Day.

We have the right to substitute flowers due to what's in season. Dominican Hospital has very small rooms; it's better to send room arrangements in the $45.00 to $50.00 range. For Funerals, it is appropriate to send an easel and casket spray that will actually be used for a burial at a cemetery. For Memorial ceremonies, where cremations/urns are usually present, a vase or plant arrangement is more acceptable. Usually, there is no burial afterwards, and the family can take the arrangements home. PLEASE, WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RECIPIENT'S FULL ADDRESS, INCLUDING THEIR PHONE NUMBER, ON IT. AND UNDER SENDER INFORMATION, MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR FULL INFORMATION, INCLUDING YOUR PHONE NUMBER.

Delivery to Dominican and Sutter Hospitals, $10.00                              

Deliveries to Santa Cruz, Capitola, Aptos, and Scotts Valley, $19.95

Deliveries to Felton, Watsonville, $19.95
